Take a chinopodium leaf clean ,wash and blanch for 5 minutes.After 5 minutes water drain and dip in ice cold water.
Take a big bowl pour curd whisk and all masala and raisin mix .
Then water drain chop cinipodium and add the curd ,green coriander,chilli and tomato mix garnish dry roasted cuminseed .
Then enjoy chinopodium raita.
