Ingredients

  • 2 cups chinopodium leaf


  • 1 nos tomato chop


  • 1 cups green chilli chop


  • 1 tsp green coriander


  • 2 tsp soaked raisin


  • 1 tsp salt


  • 2 pinch red chilli powder


  • 1/4 tsp black pepper powder


  • 1 bowls curd


  • 1 tsp dry roasted and crushed cumin seeds

Directions

  • Take a chinopodium leaf clean ,wash and blanch for 5 minutes.After 5 minutes water drain and dip in ice cold water.
  • Take a big bowl pour curd whisk and all masala and raisin mix .
  • Then water drain chop cinipodium and add the curd ,green coriander,chilli and tomato mix garnish dry roasted cuminseed .
  • Then enjoy chinopodium raita.
